Stuart Davis-Meehan

Stuart has over 30 years’ experience working in the social and community services in both Newcastle NSW and Canberra ACT, and in particular in the areas of working with and for disadvantaged young people and in emergency relief services. Stuart brings with him a strong commitment to social justice, good governance, strategic planning and a passion for helping anyone that asks for help. He is an accomplished networker and is dedicated to being pro-actively engaged in community development in local communities.

Community Support Worker

Yvonne Anderson

A qualified Community Services Worker with experience working directly with members of our community in need of support. Yvonne provides clients with a holistic service, with more comprehensive, individualised and ongoing services including advocacy and client empowerment. Yvonne is also our Financial Support Worker and assists people with budgeting and general financial literacy.

Volunteer Co-ordinator

Amanda Race-Lyons

As a qualified counsellor, with many years of legal and administrative experience, Amanda manages all aspects of volunteering for the organisation. Her priority is to manage the welfare of all our volunteers, without whom our organisation would not function. She is the main point of contact for the volunteers and a vital part of her role is to provide them with ongoing support and training and acknowledge their contribution within the organisation and the wider community.
